1. Chicago Marathon - October 2004, 3:39:15 - Qualified for the prestigious Boston Marathon by 45 seconds in her first ever marathon!

2. Boston Marathon - April 2006, 3:58:22 after battling severe cramps.

3. Chicago Marathon - October 2006, 3:36:36 - Re-Qualified for the Boston Marathon

1. Chicago Marathon - October 2001, 3:34:06

2. Chicago Marathon - October 2002, 2:57:53, his first sub-three hour marathon and qualified for the Boston Marathon

3. Silver Comet Half Marathon, October 2002, 1:26:20, 1st in Age Group and 6th Overall

4. Boston Marathon - April 2004, 3:03:06, not a sub-three, but probably one of my favorites to date!

5. Boston Marathon - April 2006, 2:59:56, "...one of the most painful miles of my life! I have never worked so hard for something for so little margin. My entire body rejected the pace over the last 6 miles but I just kept saying, "You are SO close and you may never be this close again. DO IT NOW! HAMMER NOW AND GET A SUB-THREE!"

1. Great Floridian Triathlon - October 2003 (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 mile run - 11:59 and 12th in Age Group, qualifying for Age Group Long Course World Champs in Sater Sweden)

1. Florida Challenge Triathlon - October 2008 (1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run - 5:10:15 and second in Age Group and 13th Overall)
